GUEST SPEAKER ADRIAN LEE - CHEIF CONSTABLE FOR NORTHAMPTONSHIRE'S POLICE FORCE

Adrian Lee began work for Greater Manchester Police in 1985 and later became Divisional Commander for the South Manchester Division. Its geographical locality included Europe's largest housing estate which developed his policing of tough inner-city gang violence issues and gun crime incidents. He became Deputy Chief Constable of Staffordshire in December 2006 and then moved on to his current post as Chief Constable for Northamptonshire in 2009. Adrian is part of the Association of Chief Police Officers on Professional Ethics. Adrian shall be sharing on the personal goals he has set himself for his new role as Chief Constable and how he plans on achieving these objectives. His vision for delivering efficiency within the Police Force and how he feels this can be done in a large organisation. How local Business Managers can relate to the Police Service and the mutual benefits involved in developing such a relationship.
