Speaker: Ian Fitch of Larking Gowen (Norfolk Founder Member) Ian joined Larking Gowen in 1986, qualified in 1989 and become an associate member of the Institute of Taxation in 1992. Appointed a partner in 1998, Ian manages a diverse client portfolio and places particular emphasis on helping businesses to develop and grow and has considerable experience in helping clients with tax planning matters. He is a member of the corporate services department and assists clients with acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and re-organisations.

This is a real opportunity to work ON your business rather than IN your business. You’ll be working in a group of 6 members plus a chairperson who is a successful local MD or qualified Business Advisor.
Your group will spend 20 minutes helping you with your business, on any issue you choose. It could be helping you identify how you can expand your business, how you might diversify, how you might increase profitability – or any particular issue that you want help with. This is a unique opportunity to get some new ideas.
